Based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), which is commonly used in the U.S. and Europe, and which is used in more than 45 countries around the world, and individual interviews, we can help you determine the sales style that best suits each individual and advise you on how to effectively train your sales staff. We also provide advice on how to effectively train salespeople.
By making the most of each salesperson's unique characteristics and by advising the leader to be aware of the appropriate sales steps, individual and team performance can be greatly improved.

In the first month of the program, we conduct interviews with employees to provide information on the MBTI assessment, which promotes self-understanding toward each employee's sales goals, as well as to listen to their problems in sales and identify issues.
